Deadly Horoscopes

Do you believe in them? Everyday millions of us flock to the shops. Why? Horoscopes! People sincerely believe that horoscopes are true and they live their lives based on the insanity that is being preached by everyday people, just like you and me. That’s right! They’re written by people just like you and me. You didn’t actually believe they’re written by specially gifted people did ya? Hmmm….
The shocking facts of it makes me sick really. The only real reason horoscopes are written is to make that writer a lot of money.
In fact! I bet that while that writer is writing those horoscopes he is sitting there laughing and thinking how much of a fool you are to believe the gibberish he mockingly mutters!
The plain and simple fact is, you give yourself into these people and in doing that allow them to control you. By believing the things they say you allow them to make you feel as powerful or as volunarable as they want. So… You want some crazy man or woman controlling your life with a pen while sitting in his living room do ya!
I think too often people misunderstand the real point of media. It is all about making money, and while some people within the industry still think about you the consumer it is not very often that cash isn’t the main aim of the never ending media game.
Hey, wanna know something? People even go as far as choosing there love by their star sign. Now just imagine…A date with Britney Spears! Yes we’re setting one lucky guy up with the Brit! For the ladies its none other than The Brad man yep Brad Pitt! Hold on just a sec! Whats your star sign? If your not virgo you can’t get the date with Britney and if you ain’t Gemini you can’t get within a hundred yards of Brad!
Wow! That felt good. I was winding you up there for a second wasn’t i? This is exactly the kinda thing a horoscope writer does. Okay maybe it isn’t as obvious as I made it seem but that doesn’t matter. The point is it has the same effect.
So is this the kinda life you want to live? Life is a complicated thing and with the level of psychology in use today, life can get even more complicated. Don’t let them fool you!

Introduction To Chinese Astrology .. part 2

Here is a brief presentation of the last six of the twelve Chinese Horoscope signs, their nature, characteristics and attributes. It has a female nature and a lot of positive attributes like the tendency to be artistic and the interest in fashion. Sheep people are caring and they will try not to hurt others with their actions. Number ten (10) is considered a lucky number in Chinese culture and it is not a coincidence that a Rooster is supposed to be very fortunate. They would do anything to achieve that.

Introduction To Chinese Astrology .. part 1

Here is a brief presentation of the first six of the twelve Chinese Horoscope signs, their nature, characteristics and attributes. I will present them as ordered by the supreme Chinese gods that created Chinese Astrology and the Chinese calendar system. The first six Chinese horoscope animal signs are: Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake. Here we go.

Rat (Yang-male nature)The Rat is the very first animal of the Chinese Horoscope Cycle. A Rat is good at leading and conquering. Many famous emperors of Chinese history where Rats. Being able to charm others, Rat people are generally charismatic and full of passion. What makes them unique is their practical and dominant mind which gives them the ability to be organized, tactful and systematic. The other side of a Rat can reveal a very controlling person who always insists in doing everything its own way, at all costs. A Rat can also be very cruel and dangerous, especially when challenged. People under this major Chinese Horoscope sign are well known for their ability to use their master minds to exploit other's emotions, feelings and thoughts.

Ox (Yin-female nature)The Ox is a powerful Chinese Horoscope sign which symbolizes wealth and prosperity. Ox people are usually very hard working and stubborn. Ox people are also a bit slow when making their decisions, especially if they are given a lot of options to choose from. Once they decide on something though, nobody can make them go another way. You can't easily get an Ox person to speak to you, but once you earn their trust, they will open their heart and mind in a very sincere and true way. An Ox can be a good and loyal friend.

They will likely spend an adventurous life triggered by their instincts and strong emotions. Another important attribute of people under the Chinese Horoscope sign of Tiger, is the fact that they like surprises and out of the ordinary situations. If you want to have a Tiger as a friend then it's up to you to make sure your friendship will last since a Tiger will generally find it hard to maintain any relationship.

Rabbit (Yin-female nature)The Rabbit is well known for its ability to attract good fortune and be lucky. Rabbit people, apart from being attractive to the opposite sex, they are also very good at solving complex situations and problems. Many well known Chinese politicians and diplomats belong to the Rabbit. Another aspect of this Chinese Horoscope sign reveals tendency to cultural activities and the arts. A Rabbit hates fighting and engaging in aggressive behaviors or activities because of its peaceful nature. Last but not least, Rabbit people hate surprises or unpredicted results and you may annoy them if you try to involve them in any risky situation. That is why it is likely that Rabbit people will miss several good chances in their lives.

Dragon (Yang-male nature)Dragons are mythical powerful creatures worshiped by Chinese culture. A Dragon symbolizes strength, health, harmony and intellectuality. Many consider Dragon people extremely lucky and blessed. People under this eccentric Chinese Horoscope sign are generally charismatic and gifted with great powers. It is unlikely for a Dragon to go unnoticed from a social meeting or a party. Their unique attitude and self confidence will always work wonders in such situations. Dragon people are also well known for their honesty and sense of duty. These characteristics can sometime work against them because others will tend to take advantage of them. If a Dragon is your friend feel free to confide in them.

Snake (Yin-female nature)The Snake (Serpent) is strongly related with deep and eternal wisdom. Snake people are always enigmatic and maybe the most wise of all Chinese Horoscope signs. A Snake usually evolves to become a philosopher, deep thinker, theosophist, magician or leader of the back scene. Snake people love learning, reading and eating good food. The Basics Of Tarot

The Basics Of Tarot Tarot cards are unique, and used for the purpose of divination and problem solving. A Tarot deck consist of 78 cards, divided into two categories – the Major Arcana cards, and the Minor Arcana cards. There are 22 cards of the Major Arcana and 56 of the Minor Arcana. It is thought that Tarot originated in China, Egypt, or in India, though its origins are unknown. However, what is known is that the Tarot cards we know today, appeared in the late 14th century or early 15th century Italy. The 22 Major Arcana cards are numbered 0 to 21 in Roman numerals, and are:

1. The Fool
2. The Magician
3. The High Priestess

4. The Empress
5. The Emperor
6. The Hierophant
7. The Lovers
8. The Chariot
9. Strength, The Hermit
10.The Wheel of Fortune
11. Justice
12. The Hanged Man
13. Death
14. Temperance
15. The Devil
16. The Tower
17. The Star
18. The Moon
19. The Sun
20. Judgment
21. The World

These cards are also known as ‘trumps’ and have their own pictures and symbolisms that are interpreted by the Tarot reader. The cards of the Minor Arcana are divided into 4 suits of 14 cards each.
These suits are:
· Wands – or batons, rods, clubs, staffs, or staves.
· Pentacles – or coins, disks, or diamonds.
· Cups – or hearts.
· Swords – or spades.
The 14 cards of each suit consist of 10 numbered cards and 4 court cards. The numbered cards are numbered from 1 to 10, with the ‘one’ card also known as the Ace. The four court cards are known as the King, Queen, Knight, and Page (or Prince and Princess in place of Knight and Page). The assigned values of the cards progress from one to ten, and then to Page, Knight, Queen, and King. Just as it is done in the normal playing cards, the Ace is also assigned the highest value.
Understanding Tarot
There is a need to understand Tarot, as different people interpret it differently, and may arrive at different conclusions. Assume that during a reading you picked out The Devil card. An inexperienced reader could form an opinion that you are on the brink of disaster, with bankruptcy staring you in the face. There is a need to look at it from a positive angle, as an experienced reader would do. He would interpret this as a warning to desist from wasteful spending, to work out a budget, and to stick to it. This will lead to your finances becoming stable. Tarot is not an end in itself, but a means to that end. That is why understanding Tarot is very essential. Tarot only tells you what is likely to happen if you follow a particular path. It only gives you an indication. What you choose to do, and what will actually happen depends on you. Following the indications given by Tarot readings, you can mould certain aspects of your life. This manipulation can make you bring certain events to pass, and similarly, avoid certain events from happening.

Astrology & Numerology - Languages of Fate

While we agree that comprehensive numerology and astrology are very involved areas of study, we acknowledge that some, much lighter uses such as newspaper and magazine “horoscopes” serve the purpose of providing an introduction to these esoteric sciences.
Numerology, astrology, graphology, tarot, and other predictive and personality assessment sciences are like foreign languages. As you learn the rules defining the structure, meaning is extracted.

Accurate predictive, personality, and compatibility analysis work demands that every method and technique be continually and critically reviewed and reassessed. If it proves to be invalid, it must be abandoned.
Through discipline and consistent application in learning astrology and numerology, the languages of fate, patterns begin to emerge. Ultimately the student becomes proficient in quickly transmuting abstract patterns into intuitive, distinct understanding, which is accessed instantly and unreflectively, without calculation and consideration. The process of instantaneously translating configurations into pure insight is crucial to accurate delineation and prediction.
For example, you spot several distinct patterns in the comprehensive charts that, in your experience, have always symbolized wide-spread recognition and fame. You also see that the charts are void of any significant mitigating factors. These notions are brought to the forefront of your consciousness immediately, and since you also notice the bulk of the subject’s upcoming medium-term and long-term timing supporting this dynamic, you’re confident of her impending popularity and success.

Alternatively, you see patterns of infamy and disgrace (with an overall lack of patterns reflecting the opposite) in the charts of a different subject and know that he will be under supportive timing for that dynamic so you quickly conclude that he won’t be a fan favorite.
Someone might ask, “Doesn’t the second subject have a ‘choice’ to avoid relative obscurity?” No. You must look beyond mere conscious desire and consider the bigger picture: the soul chooses its fate for specific reasons relating to spiritual growth. The reasons may be rewarding or challenging, but since they are chosen by the soul, they are unavoidable by the personality; soul to personality or ego is analogous to a Nobel Laureate in Literature to a child who is learning the alphabet.
The possible patterns in the charts are infinite and relate to every area of life.
Worth mentioning also is the intuitive factor. These sciences are often appropriately called “intuitive arts.” A balance of reason and intuition combine to form a powerful force and allow for increased levels of accuracy.

This type of work leaves a person incapable of seeing things as they appear to be. When the analyst views birth data he or she sees not only the raw data, but the underlying energy that comprises the personality and personal time cycles of the comprehensive charts. The same is true of all people they meet and the life circumstances in which they find themselves; seeing things as they are, instead of how they appear to be, becomes the norm. This is only a curse if they insist on viewing life from a purely material, non-spiritual perspective.
Ultimately, astrology, numerology, and other metaphysical tools are a study of the meaning of life and are fantastic for self-discovery.

Horoscope Reading

We all want to find out what planet guides our sign and how astrologers interpret relations of planetary forces at the time of our birth.
Horoscope is a powerful tool offering insight into deep influence on our lives and there are many people depending entirely on it to take decisions. It is in the human nature to be curious about ourselves and there are many people considering the horoscope as the answer to their questions.

The zodiac has also a lot to teach us about our path in this life. The horoscope is much more than the daily prediction. It is a complicated process of analyzing various signs, discovering their compatibility and qualities.
There are many types of horoscopes and every one of them is trying to offer us specialized predictions.

Today the most popular methods of Astrology use twelve Signs and houses, using the Tropical Geocentric Zodiac (Earth centered). There are many variations available. One may use Heliocentric (Sun centered) astrology, or use the Sidereal Zodiac (which takes into account the precession of the Equinox). There are many popular houses systems in use today as well.
Most astrologers today tend to believe that the heavenly bodies do not reach down and push us about. Rather, the planets, luminaries, and stars "mimic" Earthly events. Synchronistic in nature, they correlate instead of dictate. This hands one's fate back to the individual, to augment or squander as one sees fit. The slight comfort of Fate has been replaced by responsibility for one's actions.

A horoscope is simply a chart of the heavens calculated by the rules of astronomy. It shows positions of the planets and zodiacal signs in relation to the earth. The Earth and planets revolve around the sun at varying rates and their positions relative to the Earth and to one another are constantly changing. Every moment the heavens are different. If a child were born now, while you are reading this, the positions of the planets at this moment will not be duplicated for about twenty-six thousand years, a period that the astronomers call a "Great Sidereal Year". In the meantime, the relations of the planets would undergo an infinite number of kaleidoscopic changes; consequently, their influence would be different with respect to every individual born in the interval.

It is further evident, however, that time is not the same the world over. When the Sun rises at the place where you live, it is setting at another place. When it is morning in your home, it is evening for the people in another part of the world. This makes another difference in the horoscopes of children born at the same moment but in different parts of the world, as you will readily understand when you consider that the Sun's rays affect the Earth differently in the morning, at noon, and at midnight. The planets' places and influence would also differ in the case of children born at the same time but in opposite parts of the world. If a planet were just above the birthplace of one, its rays would impinge upon that child with unimpeded force. To reach the other, born in an opposite part, it would be necessary for the stellar ray to travel directly through the Earth and part of its force would be spent by the time it reached the child.

Therefore, planets under the Earth have less influence on a life than those above. Thus you see that time and place are the basic factors in a horoscope. The more accurately we are able to determine them, the better we shall be able to delineate the character and predict.
In noting the time of birth of children, it is advisable to have the clock set as accurately as possible. Mark that the time of birth in the astrological sense is not the moment of delivery but the instant when the infant gives its first cry, for that cry is the completion of its initial breath.
Today, people enjoy the fast Internet connection and use the World Wide Web to read and interpret their horoscope.
